In this event we awaken joy in our bodies\, expand aliveness\, and have a taste of changing problems into jewels\, through the secrets of Dance Alchemy. \nMay 4 – Opening the Heart – Self Love\, Connection\, Meditation \nWe all need Connection and community. Because of social conditioning\, we judge or compare ourselves\, and feel separate. Together we can explore how acceptance of ourselves opens the possibility for real love and sharing. In meditation we can be alone\, but not separate. Together alone! \nMay 23 – Let the Earth Touch the Sky – Chakra celebration \nWe have seven energy centers and they each are a very important part of our life as a human being reaching for the stars. Through Dance Alchemy we can enjoy the rainbow of very different life energies waiting to be lived within each chakra.
