SUMMARY:Dance Alchemy Advanced Teacher Training Part II
DESCRIPTION:pre-requisite: Dance Alchemy Training Part I\, II\, and III or equivalent (per Maneesha) \nThe Advanced Teacher Training is for all those who: \n\nHave completed the Dance Alchemy Training\, are practicing inner alchemy transformative     techniques in their daily lives and wish to deepen and practice that ability\nAre interested in or already working as a facilitator of Dance Alchemy\nAre interested in or already working with inner alchemy in individual sessions or as part of     another modality which you are trained in\nWant to add to and deepen their skills in working with people using the alchemy of     transformation\nWant to expand their group leading and therapeutic skills to be able to really help people     effectively\n\n*It is highly likely that this training will only take place this one time. \nBoth parts will include both receiving new information\, skills\, research in the field and deepening understanding of what you know\, as well as a chance to practice\, present your work and receive supportive and creative feedback and supervision. It is also one way you can fulfill your supervision requirement for certification. \nEach person’s presentation will bring new understanding\, creative ideas\, and open new learning – if you hopefully make a few mistakes! \nPart Two\, 7 days July 27th-August 2\nIn the 7 days of Part I\, we will cover: \n\nAccessing deeper creativity\, and enjoying the process.\nBasics of Group Dynamics\nWorking with focused sharings\, encouraging healing exposure\, improvising techniques in the moment.\nThe Art of Inner Inquiry – questioning that leads to the bottom line\nStaying grounded in and aware of yourself when working with a person individually or in a class or group\nReading the group\, Improvising in the moment what is needed\, trusting your intuition and instinct\nApplying hypnosis skills\, use of permissive language\, use of voice modulation.\nTrouble-shooting whatever each person particularly needs support with.\nDesigning Group\, class or workshop processes with an outline of structures.\n\nYou will rotate leading small group sharings and guided meditations each day. \nYou will receive an individualized homework assignment for your growth and expansion for the     time after the training before your follow-up meeting. \nPracticing giving Individual sessions or creating/facilitating small group processes\, receive helpful     feedback\, tips and supervision.
