SUMMARY:Dance Alchemy Monthly Laboratory
DESCRIPTION:Pre-requisite: One Part of the Dance Alchemy Training or any online or in person 2-5 day workshop \nEach month of the three month modules\, you receive guidance to choose a particular issue that you’d like to bring more awareness to (such as\, an automatic reaction\, a painful feeling that always overwhelms you\, a habit\, or a certain situation.) there is no right or wrong\, good or bad\, we are not fixing… We’re learning to bring the light of awareness do its work! \nTo participate\, you need to commit to the following guidelines. Without this the alchemy will not really work. These guidelines will give you a grounded way to have transformation\, fun\, freedom (and less suffering and confusion) in your daily life. Homework and partner meetings take little time\, but support you to flow and rise higher when they are regular. \n\n\nYou will be required to attend our monthly meeting\, or if you cannot join to watch the recording within 5 days of the live one. If you cannot attend the meeting your partner can report for both of you\, or you can share your results\, feedback\, or questions on our WhatsApp group or in a group email.\n\n\nYou will meet 2X each month with your partner\, and you will have an assignment to complete each month. We will dedicate a few minutes for you both to arrange your partner dates during our monthly meeting.\n\n\nYou will be given a form for your lab – exploring in daily life – which you will fill in each day and week\, and will be easy to follow and keep you on track.\n\n\nYou will have a partner that you can easily connect with\, hopefully who lives in a nearby time zone! Meeting times will be set up in our monthly meeting. If you two are not able to meet for any reason I can put you with a partner where meeting is easier.\n\n\nEveryone who books for a 6 month package will receive a 30 minute consult session with me\, at the beginning or anytime during those 6 months to customize and clarify what is happening in your laboratory experiment. \n– Meetings will be 3 hours with a 15 minute break\, so we have time to do some process\, and have time for everyone to share \nWhat participants say: \n“The dance laboratory has helped me greatly to bring stuck and hardened emotions out of my body where I feel they have been locked up for many years.
