DESCRIPTION:Pre-requisite: One Part of the Dance Alchemy Training or any online or in person 2-5 day workshop \nAccording to astrologers\, or those who consult a crystal ball or tarot cards\, or sit around and chant\, or make totems or voodoo dolls\, or read tea leaves or channel the Pleiades\, or do activist work\, or just those of us who read the news and see the signs…. \nThis year will be a year of great change – a change that is needed\, and eventually will bring death of the old and a birth of a new unknown\, but the changes may not be comfortable. They may be scary\, ugly\, frustrating\, painful\, they may throw us into insecurity. \nWe know what the old is that needs to change\, don’t we? \nWe have studied childhood conditioning\, emotional conditioning\, beliefs given to us by parents\, society\, religions – what Osho describes as centuries-old rotten ideals which shut human beings down.\nWe have felt the pain of holding back energy\, ideals of good and bad\, and experienced how our natural flow\, our dance\, our longing for self-discovery turn into misery and problems.\nWe have seen why these old ways do not work.  \nWe have seen the lie that was painted on us all\, and which we have begun to dance out of!!  \nAnd we have discovered the heart\, that is  \n“…still beyond the capacity of anybody to distort\, to contaminate.” – Osho \nand the alchemy of transformation which we carry in our own bodies – and which is our birthright. \nThis is the work of true seekers. \nWe are creating our own Mystery School \nI am very happy with the work many of you have done in the Laboratory.\nSee below for some comments from participants from the last 6 months! \nHere are some of the new features: \nIn this last module\, we will work each month with a theme that comes up in our lives\, which will be decided by the needs of the group.  (Some examples might be overwhelm\, needs\, boundaries\, trust\, relationships\, emotions\, creative ways to respond to others…). You will have a partner that it is easy to connect with according to time zones as much as possible. The partnerships for those who have participated throughout the 3 modules of this year are reported to have been very supportive and partners helped eachother to go deep and bring light and love to old issues holding a person back.\nIn addition to personal attention for each of you in our monthly meeting to clarify and grow your lab awareness experiment\, partners will suppoirt eachother with session exchanges and simply sharing your daily lab experiences. For more details about the purpose of our Laboratory\, please review the original invitation sent out on January 17th of 2025. \nLet’s finish off the year and carry this through a lovely summer. I have felt so much support from my partner doing the homework and have started implementing the tools in my everyday relationships. \nEmilie NaliniRuha \nI found the Laboratory very helpful!\nTo work continuously with one subject over time\, and keep it in focus\, helped me realize how\, and how often it comes up – and awareness grows! Having the meeting and a partner to share is a resource I can depend on\, and it made me feel held\, safe\, and more enthusiastic about awareness in my day! It was also great to hear everyone\, to remember the tools from our work and hear new ones from Maneesha when needed\, and to hear everyone is a great chance to learn\, and makes me feel less alone.\nMeeting on a regular basis to share\, is the strength of this way of working. Meeting with the same fellow travellers and with Maneesha shapes an alchemy container. I also feel that we all are part of a growing hub that expands and strengthens the dance alchemy work. \nIt is a privilege to work with Maneesha\, to get first hand knowledge and experience from her long and dedicated work.
