DESCRIPTION:The Alchemy of Transformation\n	Dance Alchemy Basics \n2 weekends\, online half days\nFebruary 20-22 \nFebruary 27-March 1 \n        \n          \n            \n            \nYou can register using this form\n$400 – full price\n$200 – for those who have done the Power of the Heart\n\n            \n            pay 400$pay 200$\n            0$ including fee 0$\n            \n            \n            \n            \n            \n            * i agree to receive the Dance Alchemy Monthly Newsletter\n          \n           \n        \nAnnouncing a new Foundation Course which outlines the essential principles of Dance Alchemy in a nutshell.  \nThis 2 weekend workshop is open to anybody\, as a complete group.\nIt is also equivalent to the first half of Part One of the Dance Alchemy Training (details below for those who wish to complete Part I). \nThe powerful work with the Heart\, the radical acceptance and love that transforms problems and will change your experience of life – is first.\nThen the expansion of aliveness; work with Intensity\, which brings agency\, resource and joy\, is next.\nAnd last\, we connect with the silent key – profound witnessing Presence\,  \nAs you practice using this basic alchemy with things that happen in life\, we introduce the chakra system – chakras are energy centers that regulate the different aspects of life\, for example connection with the body\, sex\, life energy is the area of the 1st chakra; emotions\, nurturing and capacity to feel is the 2nd chakra; and strength\, power\, individuality are the 3rd chakra.  \nThese parts of life have been deeply affected by childhood trauma and societal\, familial and religious conditioning in most people. In the workshop you will discover the messages of conditioning that have created suffering in your life – and through discovering\, feeling and bringing alchemy to these things\, healing begins to happen. You are on the way to being free to discover who you really are\, and why you are here\, on this earth.  \nWorking with these 3 elements that you have in your own body are the keys to inner transformation. It is up to you! It is based on spiritual truths. Exploring Zorba the Buddha through the metaphysical science of energy in the Osho Mystery School created a practical understanding of the mystery of alchemy.
