Maneesha McClure has been working as a dance therapist and teacher since 1986. She developed Dance Alchemy (previously known as Dance Energy Transformation), a body based therapy with a life affirmative attitude of celebration and love. It is a unique way of using dance and the alchemy in our own bodies to transform negative emotions, find self-love and acceptance, understand and connect more deeply with one’s true nature, and enter meditation.
Maneesha initially studied dance and dance therapy in the USA. After meeting Osho, an enlightened master, and diving into a path of meditation, she was trained in therapies which bring healing to issues that trouble us, such as childhood and relationship resolution work using emotional release, hypnosis and past life regression. She also is trained in metaphysical energy work, metaphysical reading, and therapeutic bodywork, and is currently being trained in somatic experiencing (trauma healing).
Since 1988 she has taught courses, groups and trainings in Dance Alchemy,
(including the Dance Meditation Training in Osho Multiversity for 7 years)
in India, Europe, South America and the U.S.
She is the director of the Osho Institute for Dancing, and lives in Sedona, Arizona, where she offers dance alchemy classes, and individual sessions in massage/therapeutic bodywork, hypnosis, and emotional transformation.
Maneesha’s work is based on her inner experience and understanding of the transforming alchemy presented in the meditation techniques of Osho, an enlightened master who taught and gathered many disciples internationally in the second half of the 20th century, and attracts disciples even in present time. The Osho Multiversity in Pune, India provided a vast array of cutting-edge therapies, arts programs, body work and metaphysical trainings, all of which help to clear the space within for meditation to happen. Many seekers are drawn to his published discourses, meditation techniques, and various offerings in meditation centers all over the world still today.
“Osho takes you to a new horizon beyond traditional beliefs. He nourishes the seeker in you and makes you question, debate, and explore the universal truth within you. It is no wonder that so many of His people have been transformed by the subtle alchemy of the master-disciple relationship.”
