The Power of the Heart

In this evening class you will have a chance to awaken the body’s vitality, freedom and joy through dance, discover your capacity to transform painful issues through the love and energy within you, move from the head to the heart and bathe in it’s beauty, compassion and peace.

We come into this life with tremendous intelligence. As a child we knew things, before we were “taught” things – we were connected with the deep intelligence of the body, and the heart. Soon, we were taught that it is only the head – our cognitive ability – that can figure out life. We learned to trust only thoughts, and mistrust messages from our body and our feelings. In our innocence, we believed and were conditioned. We became cut off from the tremendous wisdom of the body and the intelligence of the Heart (referring to the energy center or chakra in the chest area).

Now more than ever it is time to re-connect with the capacity for wise action, trust and love we have within our own heart, which is still beyond being contaminated by conditioning from outside. In this evening class you will have a chance to awaken the body’s vitality, freedom and joy through dance, discover your capacity to transform painful issues through the love and energy within you, move from the head to the heart and bathe in it’s beauty, compassion and peace.

This evening will leave you with a deep experience of the power you have inside and techniques to find it again and again.
